From Easynvest to NuInvest: UX Design and Branding
As the UX Design Manager for the NuInvest rebranding, I led key design teams during a pivotal phase of Nubank's IPO, focusing on making investing intuitive and accessible. My role was crucial in merging two major financial entities into a unified, user-centered platform. This large-scale project involved over 200 professionals, showcasing our collective effort to redefine fintech user experience in Brazil.
Scaling and developing a design team
As the Design Leader at Easynvest, I led a team of 13 designers, focusing on product design and operations. Collaborating with the Product Director, we developed a vision to enhance the team's strategic role and improve design execution, involving key hires and skill identification to elevate our design process.
