My professional journey is highlighted by strategic and senior design roles at Flourish Fi, a California-based fintech startup, where I seamlessly merged visual creativity with business acumen.

As a Design Manager at industry leaders like Nubank, Easynvest, and Nova Escola, I've led and mentored diverse design teams across various disciplines. My approach has always been to intertwine creative direction with business strategy, delivering impactful design solutions that resonate with both users and business objectives.

I am deeply passionate about developing products and services that meet and exceed user expectations. Leading teams to the pinnacle of design excellence and making a tangible impact through my work drive me. My educational background, with dual bachelor's degrees from the Federal University of Minas Gerais and the State University of Minas Gerais in Brazil, laid the foundation for my career. I've further expanded my expertise with studies in Design Thinking, Innovation Management, and Design Management, and am currently enriching my knowledge with a Post-Graduation in Design and Technology.

Outside of my professional life, I am an enthusiastic movie and series buff, an avid reader with an insatiable curiosity for a wide range of topics. From delving into the complexities of the human mind, psychology, and neuroscience to exploring the realms of One Piece Anime, my interests are diverse. Drawing and museum visits are my creative outlets.

Family and friends are my world, and I cherish the moments spent with them. At home, I am greeted by the love and antics of my two dogs, Arnica and Pudding. Engaging with remarkable minds, fostering ideas in TED circles, and empowering women entrepreneurs are pursuits that bring me immense satisfaction and joy.
