Enhancing user experience and integrating two distinct financial platforms.

Role:
Project coordination, UX management for the design operations, and visual design teams. Stakeholder alignment and communication of all design-related subjects of the rebranding.

  • Map and engage:
    Initiated the project with an in-depth stakeholder engagement phase. Mapped out critical operational and technical challenges and designed a comprehensive project timeline.

  • Ideation and Concept Design: Guided the team through a creative ideation process, evolving initial sketches into detailed digital concepts. Utilized tools like Figma for prototyping.

  • Prototype Development: Developed interactive prototypes, focusing on user-friendly navigation and intuitive design, facilitating effective user testing and iterative design improvements.

  • Critique and Feedback Integration: I conducted extensive presentations and critiques with the design team and leadership. Refined the design based on feedback. This phase was instrumental in fine-tuning the brands and improving overall usability.

  • Brand Integration and Testing: Post-brand development, I led the team through a critical phase of A/B testing, focusing on key design elements to ensure optimal user experience and brand alignment.

  • Final Design and Implementation: Delivered a final design that seamlessly integrated a new brand identity and improved the KYC integration for both apps. The design featured distinct branding elements and enhanced accessibility through significant UX writing adjustments.
